New 2027 vehicles coming to Canada: what automakers have confirmed so far

A source-checked tracker of 2027 cars, SUVs and trucks officially confirmed for Canada, including powertrains, timing and announced pricing.

Conceptual preview of three unbranded future vehicles intended for the Canadian market

At least 10 model-year 2027 vehicles in this tracker have explicit Canadian confirmation from an automaker or its Canadian distributor. They range from the electric Toyota Highlander and Mitsubishi Eclipse Sportback to the redesigned Kia Seltos and updated Toyota Tundra. Pricing remains unannounced for several entries.

Tracker rule: a U.S. announcement is not enough. Every vehicle below has a Canadian manufacturer page, Canadian press release or release distributed by the automaker’s Canadian operation.

EVs and electrified vehicles

The 2027 Highlander is an all-electric three-row SUV confirmed for Canada, while the Eclipse Sportback is a new battery-electric crossover. Toyota’s bZ and bZ Woodland are already on sale, and Nissan has confirmed Canadian pricing and fall arrival for the refreshed ARIYA. Hybrid entries include the Crown and limited Corolla anniversary model.

SUVs and trucks

The redesigned Seltos expands the subcompact-SUV field and adds a hybrid after the gasoline models. Toyota’s Tundra receives an update and new Trailhunter package. These are availability notes, not rankings or road-test conclusions.

What Canadian buyers should verify

  • Whether the exact trim and powertrain has a Canadian order date.
  • Canadian MSRP, freight and mandatory fees once published.
  • Natural Resources Canada consumption or range ratings when available.
  • Eligibility rules for any incentive at the time of delivery.
  • Dealer allocation and delivery timing in the buyer’s province.

Methodology and limitations

Motorz.ca checked official Canadian manufacturer and distributor sources through September 10, 2026. CONFIRMED_CANADA means the source explicitly names Canada, Canadian dealers or Canadian pricing. PRICING_NOT_ANNOUNCED means the checked source did not publish a Canadian MSRP. Arrival timing reproduces the source’s stated window.

  • The tracker is selective, not every carry-over 2027 model sold in Canada.
  • Timing, specifications and prices can change.
  • “On sale” does not guarantee local inventory.
  • No vehicle is ranked before sufficient comparable information exists.
